❉ Rare and Unseen special features revealed for 50th Anniversary releases!
With the release of the fully restored Monty Python’s Flying Circus just around the corner, Network Distributing can reveal the rare and unseen special features that will be included in their limited edition box-set and subsequent individual DigiPak releases of each series.
Unearthed from the archive come genuine rarities including previously unseen studio outtakes and extended versions of filmed sketch material from across the series.
Highlights include an entirely unused animation sketch – Betty Blood Donor – which was shot but never seen or heard of by the public until now. Another never used sketch restored to full length – Ursula Hitler – deemed to be impossible to find has been rediscovered. You’ll also be able to hear Jethro Q. Walrustitty speak for the first time in an extended version of the classic sketch Election Night Special!
Further material have been reinstated for sketches including Cartoon Religions (from episode ‘How Not to be Seen), The Party Political Broadcast (from episode ‘Book at Bedtime’) Terry Gilliam’s dialogue coach sequences and Eric Idle’s Prime Minister sketches from episode ‘Mr. Neutron’ and the ‘Trees’ animations from ‘The Nude Organist’!
