Celebrate 40 Years Of Fiat Lux this October!

❉ SNS Sensation to join Fiat Lux as support act for a one-off celebration of the synth-pop band’s musical career.

We Are Cult are delighted to bring further details of Fiat Lux‘s exclusive one-off gig at Colchester’s Headgate Theatre on 16th October 2022 – as exclusively announced by us on 18 July 2022 – a celebration of one of the original British synth-pop bands in their fortieth anniversary year. Music lovers may remember their most memorable tracks from their heyday including Secrets, Photography and Blue Emotion amongst others.

Fiat Lux have today announced on their official Facebook page that SNS Sensation is to join Fiat Lux at The Headgate Theatre as their support act. Self-described on their Bandcamp page as “Synth-pop project marrying the ice-cool elegance of early-80s minimalism to the searing melody of Italo-disco.”

The gig comes on the back of a number of one-off concerts that have taken place since their ‘big comeback’ gig at St Clements Church, Bradford in 2019. During lockdown, the band worked together remotely, to produce their latest album, Twisted Culture released on Splid Records last November and containing nine brand new songs including the lead-off single (How Will We Ever) Work This Way.

The gig promises to be a celebration of Fiat Lux’s musical career and a true reflection of their forty years, with songs both old and new included on the set list. The venue has a capacity of JUST 80 SEATS making this event a truly intimate affair.  The show is down to the last few tickets so book now via the link below to avoid disappointment!
