The three performing members of the League – Reece Shearsmith, Steve Pemberton and Mark Gatiss – play a veritable host of bizarre and darkly comic characters inhabiting the fictional Northern town of Royston Vasey, in scripts written by themselves and co-creator Jeremy Dyson.
